Chia seeds- are packed with 14% protein. They contain essential amino acids that are ideal for people who do not eat red meat or other forms of animal proteins.


Avocado- very nutritious and contain a wide variety of nutrients, including 20 different vitamins and minerals.


Coconut milk- Coconuts are highly nutritious, packed with fiber and rich in vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, and B6 as well as minerals, including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. Unlike cow’s milk, coconut milk is lactose-free so it can be used as a milk substitute.
